I tried skullandbones.com for the first time, it was easier to use than I expected. The pages loaded quickly, I wasn’t stuck digging through a bunch of random menus, and I found what I was looking for without getting annoyed, which is more than I can say for a lot of sites.
Checkout was painless too, no strange extra steps or forms that made me question my life choices. The filters and size info were actually helpful, and while the site isn’t exactly reinventing online shopping, it did what it needed to do smoothly...

I reached out to customer service twice and waited several days, but still never got a real response. Reading between the lines, it feels like support either isn’t keeping up or just doesn’t prioritize getting back to customers.

I had to return an order, and the refund did eventually come through, so I can’t really complain about the end result. I just wish the return/refund instructions had been a bit clearer from the start, because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect or how long it would take.

It ended up taking longer than I thought, and I had to email them twice to check in. They did respond, just not very quickly. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it would’ve felt a lot smoother if they explained the process better and kept me updated along the way

I ordered my normal size and somehow it was both tighter than expected and shorter than I’d want. I guess the material felt decent, maybe even nicer than I thought, but I still didn’t really like how it looked on me. The return process wasn’t terrible, but it was annoying enough that I wouldn’t want to deal with it again. Overall, not the worst purchase ever, but the sizing definitely needs some work

I wasn’t totally sure the size chart would be accurate, but I went with my usual size from it and it actually fit on the first try. No weird sizing issues or anything, which was a nice surprise.

The packaging was really good. Everything was packed up tight and felt secure, so I didn’t have to worry about anything being damaged. I mean, if the packaging is this solid.....

At first I thought it looked decent, so I figured it would be fine. But after wearing it for about an hour, the fabric started feeling kind of rough on my skin. Maybe I’m just sensitive to certain materials, but it wasn’t very comfortable for me.

I used a promo code and it did work, so that was nice, but the prices didn’t really feel that much lower than usual. Once shipping got added, it kind of took away most of the savings. It wasn’t bad or anything, just sort of average overall, especially with that one thing at checkout.
